2. Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide to all countries where DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Vietnam Post operate.

Normally 5–12 working days after dispatch. In special cases (remote areas, customs delays), it may take longer. We will coordinate closely with customers in such cases.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

4. Order Issues
