• Shipping Time: Once finished, delivery takes 5–12 days via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or VNPost (Vietnam Post).
• Total Delivery Time: Please allow for both creation and shipping when estimating delivery.

• Included in Price: All artworks include worldwide shipping in the listed price. No hidden fees.

3. Packaging
• Our Promise: We use secure, careful packaging to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.

• Trusted Carriers: We work with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and VNPost depending on your location and artwork size.

5. Insurance
• Fully Covered: Every shipment is insured up to the full value of the artwork, at no extra cost to you.
• Peace of Mind: If your artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Delivery Locations
• Worldwide: We deliver to all countries where FedEx, DHL, UPS, or VNPost operate.
• Special Locations: For remote or uncertain destinations (including islands), contact us and we’ll find a solution.

7. Custom Address & Gifts
• Flexible Address: Orders are shipped to the checkout address. To send to another person or country, simply enter the details at checkout.
• Gifts: If it’s a gift or surprise, let us know and we’ll handle it discreetly.

8. Taxes & Duties
• Customer Responsibility: Local import taxes and customs duties may apply upon arrival. These are not included in the artwork price.
• Customs Assistance: We will provide documentation and assistance if needed for smooth customs clearance.
